Who is alloc for?
alloc is being built for UK accounting practices that want a connected way to manage client work, books, compliance and the client experience.
THE ALLOC PLATFORM
alloc is a software platform in development for UK accounting practices. One shared client record connects the practice, the books, compliance and the client experience—with AI across the work.

ONE PRACTICE
A new client becomes an engagement. An engagement creates work. Source records support the books, and the books support accounts, tax and advice. alloc is being built around those connections.
The aim is a practice where information stays useful as it moves between people and services. Less repetition. Clearer handovers. A shared view of what comes next.
Client records, onboarding, deadlines, jobs, communications, time and fees. Explore practice management.
Source documents, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts production, tax and statutory work. Explore books and compliance.
A planned client experience for collecting records, sharing requests, reviewing documents and giving approvals—connected to the work inside the practice.
SHARED CONTEXT
Separate tools can each do a job well. The difficult part is keeping the client, the evidence and the work aligned between them. alloc’s shared foundation is designed to carry that context across the platform.
Keep the client’s people, entities, services and relevant history connected.
Connect changes in client information, records and obligations to the jobs and decisions they affect.
Follow a proposed figure or decision back to the records that support it, through review and into the next stage.
AI ACROSS THE WORK
Our vision goes beyond reading documents. Connected assistants and agents can help identify missing information, prepare draft work, find blockers and explain what needs attention across the practice.
The design keeps evidence, permissions and human approval alongside that assistance. See the AI and agentic workflow direction.
The platform is being built in stages. The feature overview distinguishes demonstrated capabilities from work awaiting rollout and planned development. Joining the waitlist does not create a live practice account.
