Waitlist privacy.

This page explains the data handled by this website’s early-access form. It is separate from the accounting product.

What we save

Your email address, the time you joined and the version of the updates consent you accepted. Your private removal link lets you delete your registration. We store a protected version of its security code. We also temporarily store protected network identifiers to limit automated submissions. We do not save raw IP addresses in the waitlist database.

Why we save it

Alloc Software Ltd operates this website and uses the waitlist to organise early access and contact people who have asked for alloc updates. We rely on your consent to send early-access updates, and our legitimate interest in protecting the form to prevent automated abuse. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Joining does not create an accounting account or guarantee a launch date. This website does not send an automated confirmation email.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist registration for up to 12 months from the date you join. We delete it sooner if you leave the waitlist or we close the waitlist. You can leave using your private removal link or contact uzair@alloc.uk.

Where it goes

The website and its waitlist database run through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. No client records, source documents or financial data are requested. We do not add advertising trackers. Our hosting provider records website traffic statistics, including page views and visitor counts, and processes technical information to deliver and protect the service.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. You may also have rights to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive your data in a portable format. Contact uzair@alloc.uk to make a request. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

Your choice

Joining is optional. Keep the private removal link shown after your first successful registration. Use it to delete your entry. If you register again with the same email, your original removal link remains the valid one. Temporary records used to prevent automated submissions expire and are deleted when the form next receives a submission.
